Ash Wednesday Service and Agape Meal

In Greek, there are many words for the different types of love. Agape is the highest form of love and it means the love God feels for humanity and humanity's love for God.

It was common in early christian times for people to gather in a home to share a communal meal before worshipping together.

On Ash Wednesday, February 14th, we will celebrate an Agape Meal and Worship together.

We will gather in the Ebenezer Gay Room at 6:00pm for a potluck soup dinner and then transition to an Ash Wednesday service.
